Google is trying to take on Facebook by launching a competitor with some awesome features which you won’t find in Facebook. Although, Facebook has tried to make Google+ down by launching a much needed feature Facebook Video Calling which is powered by Skype.Google Plus can give some tough competition to Twitter and Facebook if you’re addicted to Google+ and don’t want to leave it, at the same want to access twitter and Facebook on Google+ here is how.
Google+Facebook allows you to see your Facebook stream inside Google+. Simply Connect to Facebook, and get all the updates on your Google+ Facebook tab. This will add a new Facebook tab before the home tab in Google+.

Extension, called ’Google+ Facebook’, lets you add the Facebook stream to your Google+ homepage. Once installed, it displays a Facebook icon in the top menu bar, left to the Google+ home icon. The First time, when you click on the Facebook icon, you’ll be asked to connect your Facebook account.
When you’re done with connecting, your Facebook wall stream will appear inside the Google+. You can scroll down to see all the Facebook updates. Also, if you want to update your Facebook status right from the Google+ homepage, just click on the ‘What’s on your Mind’, it will open up a pop-up window where you can type in your status update.
Twitter Stream In Google+
The extension is named as ‘Google+ Twitter’, which lets you do almost everything you could do on other Twitter clients. You can take it as full featured Twitter client for Google+. You just need to install this extension to view your Twitter Timeline right inside Google+. It also lets you update your Twitter right from the Google+ Homepage.
Once this extension installed, it displays a Twitter icon beside the Google+ home icon. When you click on it, you’ll be asked to connect your Twitter account. Once you authorize the app, you’ll be able to view your timeline inside Google+.
